Twins?

So I just found out I’m pregnant with my 2nd baby I had a chemical at the beginning of July and found out I was pregnant again at the end of July... for some reason I have this overwhelming feeling of twins and I know the only way to confirm is with an ultrasound but I don’t get one until I’m 8 weeks which is in 4 more weeks 😒 seems like forever but with my first people kept telling me I was ganna have twins or how it would be awesome if I was carrying twins and I knew in my gut it was only one baby and was later confirmed with an ultrasound but every since I got a positive I just have this overwhelming feeling I’m going to have twins has anyone had this and actually end up having twins?
