Pregnant... scared AF! Don’t know what to do 😭

I believe im almost 7 weeks pregnant with my 7th child... the month before we got pregnant I took a planned b and my husband got a vasectomy but two weeks later i got a very clear positive. I am so scared and I am so sick I’m stuck in bed all day everyday I keep trying to think positive and keep saying this baby has a purpose here but then other times I don’t want to keep it out youngest baby is only 10 months old and I still breastfeed her..gidk what to do I just need some advice or positive vibes
