Feeling like my period will start...

I’ve had this sensation all day that feels like I am about to start my period, it’s not necessarily cramps.. it’s kind of hard to explain but it’s that feeling you get a day or two before your period starts more like a pressure feeling I guess. I get a few cramps mostly in the butt area but they aren’t constant or consistent, I’m 34 weeks and 3 days.. is anyone else experiencing this? Should I mention it to the doctor... I’m so anxious for her to come so I feel like every little thing is an indication that “it’s time” dun dun dun lol I’m a FTM btw if you can’t tell 😂
