My doctor recommended it she said to just keep taking the prenatals until after the 6 to 8 weeks of healing to make sure my body had everything it needed to get back in balance and back to normal.

I kept taking my prenatals after I had my first and I didnt breast feed her. I didnt have much of an appetite after I had her so I took them to  give my body some sort of nourishment. They're good for you and your recovery! They're obviously not mandatory but I would recommend it
