My cup says 15ml. I've emptied it 3times, full each time. In ONE day. How much does everyone else???? I feel like I bleed too much 😭😭😭 it's always been like this, haven't been diagnosed anything. Very regular. Painful cramps.

I typically empty my 30ml cup 4x a day. And yes its completely full, I must empty it or it leaks. Some people just bleed more heavily.  If you're dizzy or it's not normal for you, tell your doc

Apparently its normal... Who knew! But yes, heavier days have 4x or more to empty my cup.

You gotta remember as well that there is also other fluid, pieces of lining, and discharge that will collect in the cup. So it's not just the blood volume that you count. I half filled a cup in 30 minutes last night, although I am having a particularly heavy period.

I would fill and leak through my 30ml cup within 2 hours. I had HORRIBLE periods. My friends could never understand but my average period was around 250ml a month.
Everything changed when I started taking tranexamic acid. It's the best decision I made for myself. Now I actually get to enjoy just emptying it every 12 hours. Once when I wake up and once before bed. It's incredible, more often than not I totally forget I'm on my period.
