Pineapple?

Anyone tried pineapple to help soften cervix? How did it go? I'm going to cut some fresh pineapple on my due date August 17th if little one hasn't made his appearance yet.

I've heard you literally have to eat multiple pineapples plus the core for anything to actually happen and even then it might not do anything.

I used evening primrose oil. I was taking 1000mg a day. I don't know if it's a coincidence but the day I took 2000mg I went into labour. I was 40+3

I ate the core of a pineapple and started having contractions right after. It was around 7pm when I ate it and had contractions until 11am the next morning, then it just stopped. I'm hoping if nothing else it helped me dilated further. The contractions kept waking me up and did start getting stronger and stronger before they stopped, and felt totally different from Braxton Hicks.
