Swelling remedies
I’ve had normal blood pressure the entirety of my pregnancy but I’ve had swollen hands and feet the entire second half that aaaaache.
I’m wondering if anyone knows remedies other than swimming/taking a bath (I can’t do that right now) or drinking water (I’m pounding water, girl)
