So I’ve heard that hcg tends to be higher when pregnant with a girl and lower when pregnant with a boy. I’m wondering for fun if there’s any truth to this? Anyone heard of this or want to share their early HCG blood test numbers with what gender you had/having?

My numbers: With my son my hCG was around 3,000(can’t remember exact) at 5 weeks 1 day, and 18,123 at 6 weeks and I had a boy. This current pregnancy I found out early so I had blood work at 13DPO that was 69 then 2 days later was 129 (didn’t quite double in 46 hours)
