How do I get smooth heels again?!

My left heel is way worse then my right. 😣
Is this caused by wearing sandals? I remember hearing that once. 🤔

I would try using a foot peel mask. Walgreens is selling one now and it worked great for me! After a few days of waiting all the dead skin started to peel off. The process is a little gross, but it’s worth the soft feet.

Ugh mine are like this too. I’d use a pumice stone to get a bulk of the callus’s off, and then do the lotion with socks over night.

My feet get like this when I don’t take care of them. So I invested in a foot pumice and and one of those cheese grater looking things(sorry don’t know the name lol). But when I shower at night I file them with both of those and then use Keri lotion and put in socks afterwards. Also idk if you’ve ever heard of Ali Express but i bought these foot masks and they peeled the skin right off. It was amazing.

I use foot masks (Walmart sells a great one!). I also soak my feet once a week (warm water and milk) and use a pumice stone to remove any dead skin. After every shower I rub on Vaseline and aloe vera. It works wonders, my feet are as soft as ever.
