Follicular Cyst

So A Couple Nights Ago I Had A Bad Stomach Ache But I Thought It Was Constipation , So I Drank Some Medicine For It Amd Went To Bed. The Very Next Day I Woke Up With Very Bad Right Side Pains Which Was A Pain Abnormal To Me. I Eventually Told My Mother That Morning About It Because I Couldnt Take It . Later On That Day I Went To The ER because The Ibuprofen I Took Hours Before Did Not Work And The Pain Began To Really Throw Me Off. The Nurses and Doctor Ran A Blood Test , Urine, and CT Scans Of Me . 1 hour and a half later I Find Out I Have A 2cm Follicular Cyst On My Right Ovary Which Explained Alot. I Was Given Tramadol And Ibuprofen 800 for pain. I guess what I Wanna Know Is , Is It Possible For The Cyst To Grow Even After The Menstrual Cycle?
