Best breast pump for small (like AA) boobs and small nipples?

Wondering if any of you know of any breast pumps that will work for very small boobs (like AA boobs) and small nipples. 
Any help is appreciated 😘

Also, I will let you know, I was a AA all during pregnancy and everything. When my milk came in I was probably a full C small D. So it may change when your milk comes in. Now that I’m done breastfeeding I am back down to a AA.

I loved my Medela Pump In Style Advanced. I bought 21 mm flanges when I started, but did eventually grow into the 24 mm.

Definitely buy a smaller flange with whatever pump you get. I also have aa, maybe a bit bigger now that I'm breastfeeding. The standard sizes that come with the pump are too big. I bought 21 (not sure the units but I think it's all the same) flanges from nesupply on amazon for both medela and spectra.
