Membrane sweep on thursday and still waiting

My doctor checkedmy cervix on thursday and she said she swept my membranes, hell that hurted so bad!!! She also said I’m dilated 4-5 cm which seems weird because I haven’t had any contraction that feels strong or painfull. Then I had bloody discharge and cramping and a little back pain, which i could handle them. She said I probably give birth by saturday but I still have no signs yet (no water brake, no strong pain..)

Should I just wait or go to the hospital? She told me on thursdayif you go to hospital today, they will admit you
