4w6d ultrasound

Felt so silly for getting an ultrasound this early but doctor wanted to see how many gestational sacs there were and rule out ectopic. Going back Wednesday when I’m 5w4d because I’ll be out of the country Thursday-Tuesday. Conflicted because if we don’t see any progress Wednesday I’m going to be so upset during my trip and wonder if waiting would be better but my doctor seems to think we should see a fetal pole and heart beat next appointment. My hcg will be around 30,000 so I guess we should?! My last 2 pregnancies were blighted ovums so I’m nervous.
