How long do we continue taking prenatals?

Curious if we continue taking them after we have our babies?

I was told to take them 6 weeks after delivery and continue further if breastfeeding

I will not be breastfeeding and my Dr recommends to continue taking them for awhile after delivery to help with Postpartum recovery. Physically and mentally

I took them the whole year TTC, during the pregnancy and then the whole14 months I was breastfeeding. I was pregnant again at 12 months postpartum so here I am like 3 years in and haven’t stopped 😂

I took them with my first for a year after delivery, bc I was breastfeeding. They can’t hurt!

I’m terrible but I stopped at like 20 weeks because I forgot 😂😂😂 never picked it back up.

As long as you breastfeed plus another month or so after you stop to replenish your natural supply for your self
