Hcg not doubling

Hello I am trying to stay positive after having a Mc in March this feels like it happing again but this time no bleeding and hcg is higher.. But not doubling by af I should be 8.1 weeks today I went for bloods on tues and I will include a Pic of all betas but they sent me for a ultrasound and they seen a yolk and a fetal pole measure at 6 weeks Friday and fetus measured. 0.35cm... No hb thry said it was to early but I am so confused on my betas... Had anyone heard of this happening and had a successful pregnancy? I am not having no problems I feel waves of nausea and bbs are still so very sore. Thank you
