Periods after the pill!

This is my second period after coming off the pill... holy guacamole do I feel like crap! Has anyone else had major PMS symptoms when they came off the pill?!

My back aches, my tummy hurts so much I could cry! I feel sick as a dog, I can’t stomach any food, yet I’m hungry?! I’m so so irritable, can’t get comfy and I want to cry. Is this normal?! Am I normal?! Does my fiancé love me?! Can I get pregnant?! Is this all real life?! What the heck is up with me 😂😵

Also, any ideas for food would be great!!
