Need advice and reassurance

My breasts are rock hard but sensitive. No veins, but last week they were super sensitive to touch and my nipples were erect. This weekend that stopped. I switched my birth control two weeks ago and switched to another today. My period hasn’t arrived, yet I’ve had thick discharge here and there. We also wear a condom for extra protection. I’ve taken pregnancy tests but all negative. Any advice for my breasts? They’re still a little swollen but lumpy and hard. Primrose oil doesn’t help.
