Moms in Nevada!!

Have you or anyone you know given birth to a baby and have tested positive for thc? Only THC. I'm asking because it is a legal state and my friend can't find any info on what happens. She's pregnant and has been drug tested and was positive for THC but her doctor never said anything about it. Now she's doing her glucose and saw online that another drug and alcohol pannel was ordered as well. (We think this is just what they do normally or it's insurance because her doctor is nice and hasn't said anything) What happens when she gives birth? What if her and baby are positive for THC?
