I'm 9 weeks pp, stopped bleeding at 5 weeks and then had 3 days of spotting at 6 weeks that I thought was my period starting but it didnt get worse.

Today I've noticed a slight itching sensation on my vagina opening that comes and goes but it feels better if I touch it if that makes sense? Like when I wipe it will feel better on that spot. I've never had a yeast infection or anything so I'm not sure what they feel like, and last time I went to the bathroom I had a small amount of blood tinged mucus. Any ideas on what it could be?? There is no smell and no other abnormal discharge besides that small amount of blood
