Help please

So I got my abortion August 24th 2018. After my surgical procedure I then got back on the pill . Before my abortion my body was taking the pill fine no pain no depression no anything. But every since I’ve gotten my abortion and been back on the pain I have been experiencing so much cramping constantly. So I stopped taking the pill July 30th,2019 to see if there was going to be a difference before I made a doctors appt. I’ve now been have been bleeding for 2 days the first day was but then I woke this morning to my tampon being completing saturated in blood.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
