Anxiety help?

Hi, so I have had anxiety for about 4 years now and it has been particularly bad recently. When I get anxious my stomach gets upset and I have loose stools and sometimes vomit. I haven’t been vomiting but I’ve had a lot of loose bowels and also (sorry this is gross) my food isn’t all the way digested. I am trying to calm myself down and yoga does help but I’m worried about my stomach problems. Also I am calling my doctor tomorrow for anxiety medication
