Contractions

33 weeks on Sunday, and have been having inconsistent, yet very frequent and very painful contractions. I think** I’ve been losing small parts of my mucous plug, and I’m at 2cm dilated and 50% effaced. At 26 weeks I was hospitalized for threatened preterm labor, and given the medicine to stop contractions and the shots for baby’s lungs. These contractions are seriously hurting/uncomfortable and lasting about 45 seconds- a minute each time, but coning only every 10-15 minutes. Last night they were constant, eased up this morning, now back this evening and tonight. I have a ton of pressure and in my cervix I have this stabbing pain that comes and goes. Should I wait to see if it gets more frequent or go get checked tomorrow?
