I use a finger and Dove body wash (doesnt burn/ sting) when showering RIGHT BEFORE. And I get IN THERE. I have also researched people using douches and enemas before anal sex. And also, use a gel based lube for anal sex. Water based dries faster and dry anal sex AINT FUN FO DA BOOTY! 😂😩

My advice would be to make sure you've cleared your system before doing it. That will help prevent the mess more. Plugs are a great way to introduce the idea and buying different sizes to use the day you plan to do anal sex will also help make things go a little smoother. Also, lots and lots of lube for the plugs and for anal sex. Lay a towel down before as well just bc the lube is messy.

I agree with showering first and def get in and get her nice and clean! I use coconut oil (if you go with it, research first so you get the right kind) However, I have done the enemas in order to feel "cleaner" and for me personally, makes it worse.
