Pregnancy weight gain
So at my booking appointment I weighed 12st7lbs (177.8lbs). I’m now at 32 weeks and I weigh 15stone😳 (210lbs) I can’t believe I still have another 8 weeks to go and I’m just so scared of how I will deal with the after baby body. Now I love my body because it’s growing my beautiful baby but I have never had a good relationship with it any other time. I was only just starting to love it before I got pregnant then have loved it all through my pregnancy for what it’s doing for me. I just know I’m going to hate it postpartum. Are any other mamas worried about this? Or does anyone have tips on how they lost the baby weight? I plan on breastfeeding so it needs to be something healthy. I was thinking of weight watchers as they have a good breastfeeding plan but any other tips would be greatly appreciated
