What does the first TRUE contraction feel like?

I'm randomly get a pain and I'm like "ohhhh maybe that's the first one" and then it doesnt happen again. I'm wondering what YOUR personal first contraction (not BH) felt like, so I know what things to look for. 🤗

Mine started when I was at 32 weeks and the started off as a bad period cramp but I could still function and then progressively got worse

Mine started while I was sleeping, and they woke me up. My stomach hardened like a BH, but they were painful like extreme period cramps. It also almost felt like I hard to use the bathroom. BH were just annoying. Real contractions would take my breath away, and I had to stand in the shower and have water beat down on me to distract me before I could go to the doctor. 
They obviously progressively get more intense as you get closer to active labor. But when they woke me up, I just knew it was different than normal pregnancy aches and pains.

Mine seemed to wrap around from my back, as if all my muscles were pulling forward. They would tug in to the front of my belly, stay for a bit, and then ease off back the way they came. Different from my BH, which just felt like the baby was balling up. My contractions also didn't start until I was 41+6 weeks, and I had my baby less than 8 hours after that first contraction. I wasn't even feeling BH anymore for a good two weeks or more before finally going into labor.
My contractions also were not painful at the start, but they were distracting. I would just focus on the rythm of my breathing during them, I definitely couldn't easily talk during them and standing was very uncomfortable. It wasn't long before I was making sure i could sit down when they hit.

Mine just started off as back pain that was on and off and a lot of pressure in my pelvis than normal. As the day progressed the pain in my back radiated to my hips like they were being crushed and my stomach would get all tight. It would take my breathe away.

Mine stopped me from walking and talking. I felt my stomach squeeze starting from my sides wrapping inwards towards my belly button. My stomach felt super hard to touch too. After my water broke, the pain intensified and I had a burning type cramp as well low in the pelvic region.
