do i have the right to be annoyed?

so my boyfriend has barely texted me all week when i’ve been away and yesterday didn’t text me at all. usually he’s so active and texting me and keen but now he’s not i’m just confused as hes posting on his story but not texting me.. and when i text him it takes 3h to reply. it’s not like i can understand why because he won’t open my snap all day so i have no clue whether he’s out or not. do i have the right to be annoyed? and should i say something?

He’s a 15 year old boy on summer vacation, he’s only capable of carrying out so much communication. You can talk to him about it if you want but if I’m being 100% real with you right now, you’re not his #1 priority

It’s summer and you’re 15, he’s probably out or busy. I wouldn’t stress over it. If it’s really bothering you say something. But I would fret over it.

You don’t need to know his every move or what he’s doing all the time. His parents have that right, you do not. Try to enjoy your summer. Go do new things. You cannot rely on others to keep you entertained all summer. 
Leave him alone. Numerous texts and snaps might annoy him as well.
