hemorrhoids...
Question: has anyone been experiencing these or had them prior to labour? Any recommendations for pre and post labour or strategies for when in labour?
I talked to my midwife already but wanted to know if anyone else had any insight. I just bought a sitz bath on Amazon for preparation after birth.
