Coping in these last few weeks! 😴
How is everyone coping?
Is anyone else struggling to sleep like at all?! I know it’s a struggle now with not being able to get comfy and having to urinate every 30 minutes!! However...
I haven’t had a full nights sleep in about a week, probably getting 1 to 2 hours sleep a night maximum. Not napping in the day to try and encourage me to sleep at night but NOTHING WORKS. Literally running on empty now!
I can lay there for hours wide awake and feeling agitated. Put a film on to try distract my mind and fall asleep that way. Tried sleeping in different places. Any tips to get a night sleep would be massively appreciated!! X
Feel like my body is probably just preparing me for what lies ahead!
