Protein help
I’m not getting enough protein in my diet because at 31 weeks, I still can’t stomach it.
Does anyone know of an app that would help me count the protein in my food so I know how far off I am? I don’t want to count fat or calories because I’ll be tempted to restrict 😣 just protein.
What kind of high protein foods do you eat that aren’t meat, nuts, eggs, or soy?
