Cat nap help
My LO is 6 weeks tomorrow. I’m wanting to do gentle sleep training and have been putting him in his crib for naps for two weeks now. He rarely will sleep longer than 20 mins. Usually he wakes up every 5 mins. He falls asleep fine, and makes it 5-20 mins and then I have to go in and put him back to sleep again. He sleeps perfectly fine at night. We need help getting him to stay asleep during the day. Any advice?
