Can a UTI cause brown discharge?

So I’ve had a UTI for a couple days now and (TMI I know this is gross) I had blood in my urine, went to get it checked out by a doctor and was given antibiotics. Now I’ve been having brown discharge and I’m not sure if this is related to the UTI or if it’s related to an upcoming period. I haven’t had a period in two months (missed my last one) and this would be around the time I should getting another one. What do you guys think?
