Did contractions make it hard for you to breath?

I don’t think I’m having actual labor contractions because of how irregular they are, but they definitely are getting stronger and it makes it extremely difficult to catch my breath to the point where it makes me really dizzy and lightheaded

Yes, I feel like they are breaking my ribs and it’s very hard to fully fill my lungs

Yes. They were hard to breathe and concentrate through. They stopped me in my tracks and I couldn't even pay attention to anything but the pain.

I kept unintentionally holding my breath.  You're not supposed to because if you breathe correctly it will help with the pain and it's not good for you or baby to get decreased O2

Yeah I had to hold my breath during my actual labor contractions. The difference for me in the real and fake labor contractions was obvious once I was experiencing them. They started to come on regularly and basically felt like my insides were slowly tightening until it was extremely painful and then slowly releasing again.
