Fenugreek & Hypothyroidism
First time mom here and was wondering if anyone taking Levothyroxine for Hypothyroidism has taken Fenugreek to help with milk production? From what I read it is advised to not take the supplement as it can potentially alter your t3 & t4 levels. I have not started taking it yet as I am still producing enough for my now 10 day old, just overly planning for the worst if I start to not produce enough. Just curious!
