Painful cramps/ pains in my uterus area

I’ve been experience excruciating pain that comes and goes in uterus area it feels like. It makes me stop whatever I’m doing.. it doesn’t happen everyday but at least once or twice a week, I get the pain. Does anyone possibly know what this could be? I can’t get into a gynecologist due to a situation I’m currently in.
