Baby movements - quiet times

Does your baby always move, even just little nudges, or do you have times with no movement at all? If you do, how long are these periods of no movement and how many times a day? Do you think your baby moves more than stays still or is it the other way around?

Before 28 weeks I had hours in the day with no movement at all, then the baby would start up a bit then go quiet again. But I didnt worry too much because I thought, as the baby is small before 28 weeks, movement can be unpredictable and you shouldn't worry if they go quiet for a bit. But now I'm 29 weeks I know baby movements are so important, and you start counting kicks now, and when the baby isn't moving for about an hour or 2 then I start to worry :(
