Coverline / Chart Newby

So this is my second week charting and I’m looking at previous posts and see that some have a coverline. My chart does not and was curious if this is a setting or what exactly this is? Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

Edit - added my chart, again I’m starting my second week so I understand that it could be just a timing thing. Just looking for more information! I just went off BC and have PCOS so I’m tracking all this to get a better understanding of my cycle for when we do start trying :)
