Heating pads?

Can you use a heating pad while pregnant? I read online that you can as long as your body temperature doesn’t go up. Does anyone else use one?

I used it tons during early pregnancy for a back strain.  My midwife said it was fine.  If I don’t feel too hot, then my core temp isn’t going up and it won’t affect baby.

I used one on my back for the whole second half of my pregnancy, totally safe as long as you dont let yourself get too hot. I wouldnt suggest sleeping with them unless youve used them before and know they won't make you overheat
