Freezer meals!!! And go do some laundry for her 😂❤️ also make sure she talks to someone to deal with any birth trauma she may suffer. I still have PTSD from my unnecessary c-section 6.5yrs ago.

Honestly I had a friend who dropped off a bunch of healthy snacks (nuts/fruit, protein bars etc in single serves) pre made breakfast (egg muffins) and a few treats and just random other things I didn’t think of but were sooooo helpful when I had an incision and needed something to eat fast and care for myself.

Bring her food and help with housework, or hire a house cleaning service. You don't really need anything as far as "things" with a c section, but you're physically unable to do housework, laundry etc and even if you're married your partner is doing things like helping with the baby, running to the store etc
