Hcg question? Help!

So I spotted two night in a row. Had some cramping and thought I was miscarrying. My hcg levels have been rising the past two times I got checked. Well the third time I fully expected the nurse to say they dropped and that I was Miscarrying, but to our surprise they were high! 7000+. But weird thing is I took an at home pregnancy test the night before just to prepare myself and the line was so faint.  How could that be?!  Please give me some insight!!  Any ideas!?

Your urine could have been diluted. My advice, stop testing at home haha I did the same thing and It just added more stress. Blood tests are more reliable anyway. Good luck!

Hi Andrea , I’m in the same position as you were in March , my first fresh transfer ended with a miscarriage at 8 weeks when the baby’s heart stopped it’s awful .
Have you had an ultrasound scan yet? I’m sure they would offer one if you have been spotting how far along are you?
