Safe for baby to sleep in?

It’s a Minnie Mouse pack and play with a monkey sheet on it ? She’s 7 weeks

Extra blanket over her is not safe. The sheet doesn't look tight to the mattress and is there a blanket under the sheet? Those 3 things make this unsafe for sleep as well as the pacifier clip.

I can’t quite tell if it has mesh sides or not, but that would make it safer. Also, there shouldn’t be any loose blankets in there with her unless she’s supervised (so not for overnight) and a sheet shouldn’t be used on the pack n play unless it’s made for pack b play mattress. Hope this helps!
