I feel so fat
I'm 14, 5'6" (167.6 cm) , and 128 lbs (58.1 kg/9.1 st). Everyone else my age and height is between 110 lbs (49.9 kg/7.9 st) and 115 lbs (52.2 kg/8.2 st). Most people will probably think I'm average, but as a dancer, I'm huge. I'm not going to post a picture because I know that everyone still say I'm fishing for compliments or something. How can I lose the extra 15 lbs (6.8 kg/1.1 st)? I already eat small portions and healthy meals. I work out 5 days a week. I eat a lot of protein and low carbs. What else can I do?
