Pregnancy after D and C

Hi all,

I’m new to this group. I just had a D and C a couple of days ago after we found out our twins didn’t have heartbeats at 8 weeks. We are pretty devastated but hopeful we can have another healthy pregnancy (I have a 16 month old son ).

Has anyone gotten pregnant pretty quickly after a D and C? My doctor said it’s completely fine to start trying right away, but I know other doctors have given advice on waiting a couple of cycles.
