Intense cramps
Hey y’all. I have the worst cramps I’ve ever experienced. I didn’t have periods for 2 years, then had a surprise baby, then started having periods and HORRIBLE cramps about 4 months later. I’ve tried heating pads, taking 800 strength ibuprofen and icy hot. Is there anything else anyone has done that has helped?
