Today is the day!
Today is the day that I am starting over. I’m starting the Keto diet, I am starting my journey with running/walking, I am starting to love myself..
I am currently 240lbs.
My goal isn’t to reach a lower number on the scale, however my goal is to reach a level of happiness that I’ve never experienced before!
*i would love some tips of pacing myself while running, I’m focused of distance not speed.
* I would also love some recommendations on running materials.
