31 weeks pregnant hernia

I’m fairly certain I have the start of a hernia, not umbilical, but a different spot in my abdomen. I’ve been having increasing pain in this spot, especially when his feet get in there. Has anyone dealt with this while pregnant? As far as I can tell, nothing can be done now, but what about after pregnancy?

I will ask my midwife about it at my appointment next week but I’m curious as to others’ experiences. I know it isn’t urgent.

This is where the pain is. And it’s not deep inside, very much in the muscle layer.
