Boyfriend Problems

I was wondering me and my boyfriend have been together a whole year now and known each other for several and now he becoming a bit well a lot insecure about us our relationship. He has to know where i am at all times of he will blow my phone up. On several occasions he has tracked my phone down and popped outside of my grandma house my house because i didnt answer his calls. But now its becoming unbearable. Because it feels like he making me chose between my family and sports and him. I feel like i cant breath in this relationship. So what should i do. Should i break up with him ; if so how ?
