When I wear makeup I do bottom only because I grew up not allowed to wear makeup and have never learned how it all works.

Depends on the look I’m going for. I always put white eyeliner on my waterline on my bottom lid. Sometimes I’ll smoke out my bottom lash line with eye shadow. I wing out my top liner all every time.

I almost never wear makeup but when I do I just do top liner. I love the look of bottom liner with it on the waterline but my eyes are so sensitive I end up with an infection almost every time I do that 😓 so I just stick to the top
