Labor or false

Earlier today I had sharp stabbing burning pain in upper belly about every 5 mins for 45-60 seconds and I took a bath and it made it worse I started throwing up then I laid down and felt way better.

About 5 hours later; it’s happening again about every 3 mins for 90 seconds. It’s sharp stabbing & burning pain in my UPPER stomach. I can’t talk it’s hard to breath but it’s not like mensural cramps it’s like a internal sunburn and knifes 🙄. Anyways I threw up for a few and now I feel better,

Has anyone been able to relate to this?
