Pls help

Okay I have something to confess... My vagina (or the outside part, basically on the side of the clit) has itched ever since I was 7 years old. I was always too afraid to ask a doctor anything, and now I'm 14. I wash everything down there and all that jazz but it has never gone away. If anyone has anything that might help with this, please tell me. I want to ask my doctor about it if I get the chance but, I don't know if it'll even be possible.
