How long after Lowering HCG do you miscarry?

My doctor told me my hcg isn’t rising and is in fact lowering I’m 5 weeks 4 days and still haven’t bled yet I’ve been having slight cramps but I’m just ready to get it over with so we can move on. Do any of you guys have experience with a loss and how long did it take to start?

I lost a pregnancy at about 5 weeks (hcg was 22 when I started bleeding) and my hcg was 4 two days later. Didn’t test again after that but my hcg dropped fast.

At that early they would still consider it a chemical. I lost our first at 5w5d. They said it's a chemical . I started spotting on 5w5d and had full on period by 5w6d. 
My second was a mmc that stopped growing at 9w2d but I opted for a D&c when we discovered it at what should have been 11wk.
